Meet
Clematis (KLEma-tis)! A little climbing pretty with a name that sounds like a disease, but sits within the buttercup family. As fresh cut flowers they have been showing up at the market in whites, pinks, lavenders, purple and a gorgeous red (you may have seen that in an earlier post!) Winter hosts a beautiful window where the
Bush Ivy has berries showing - I couldn't resist nestling them with a few
Garden Roses. Clematis lends itself so well to a natural cascade - I finished it off with some hanging
Amaranthus in green. It practically made itself. With pretties like these, I might just make it to
Spring!
